Spring has sprung! With the coming of a new season for some that means allergies. Allergies can range from mild to potentially life threatening. It is possible to be allergic to anything dust, pollen and pet dander are the most common. Avoid your allergy causing triggers, take your medications, keep your area clean, uncluttered (dust), eat healthy and drink water. You may want to keep a diary of your symptoms, what you ate – some people have food allergies or sensitivities that may aggravate symptoms. If you have severe reactions a medical bracelet or necklace would be good to wear so others know and can help in an emergency. It is important to know what to during an allergic reaction, time is critical for those with severe reactions.
